In this system if everyone know a bit about the whole they are aware of what needs doing at any given time. Anyone can fill in at any time for anyone else. Up front doesn't matter so much if you can't finish like a striker but at back and in middle (as it's easier to destroy than create) it's a bit less precise and more forgiving so it works.
