Since last year it feels we keep trying to use tactics which we dont have the players for anymore, even after multiple transfer windows we are trying to shoehorn in players out of position without resolving weaknesses or adapting tactics for the players we have, do we even have a right back in the squad? Do our wingers do anything?

I feel Pep is missing the woods for the trees, we show signs of promise at times but the core of the tactics are just not working and more importantly they arnt improving. Something is fundamentally wrong with how we are trying to play since last season. Even in the wolves game we werent completely convincing like peak City would be, just every shot went in.

Worryingly shambolic shit performance after beating relegation fodder last week. We have a lot to do to be anywhere near it if that's a true example of where we are. We look rusty, off the pace which is hardly surprising considering we've had no pre-season to speak of. But even Chelsea who are in the same boat look ahead of us.

Yes but their management need to question why they can play like this in a single game against City but can’t perform at a consistent level for the season…….

Trouble is spurs are too focussed on winning the ‘We beat City Cup’ and are absolutely wank at putting a run of wins together…in any competition….

I’ll always take the odd chastening game and winning titles over anything else..

They haven't moved on since then and think every bad performance nowadays can't be as bad as those days.

We now have footballers being paid a kings ransom every week and a manager who is supposedly the best in the business.

These performances need calling out for what they are.
