I think what is getting me more annoyed than it should is you just know the media are going to be utter ****s reporting this tomorrow if we lose:
Lukaku and Pogba a steal at 200mil
Walker and ederson shit, Bernardo silva invisible and Manchester City are so shit and united saved football etc etc.
It's sycophantic shit I can't be arsed reading

We are just super rusty. You can tell Kev has barely kicked a ball for a month.

Don't care that we're 2-0 down, we were the better team and the second half should be judged differently with a different XI.

great first 30 minutes. walker looks fantastic. foden has been great as well. a 17 year old that looks like he belongs.

Aguero is well off the pace... slowest player on the pitch.

I expected players to be a bit off but he looks like he needs the full preseason to lose a few stone.

Aside from that, I am actually pretty encouraged by what I have seen. Foden looks very, very promising, apart from the rush of blood (he'll have seen his mistake) Ederson has looked good, Walker is a revelation, and Kompany looks back to his majestic ways.

Roberts has had some sloppy touches but he still gone past Blind three times. Apart from that I've loved watching Foden, Kompany and Walker.

fitness telling, we cant recover when we lost it high up and they break. no biggie. didnt like the brain fart from eddie though, poor decision
