Don't think it's precaution he wouldn't have cried. I think Nasri knew it was bad

Referee must take some of the balme for Nasri's injury. He has refused point blank to stop them fouling by issuing asecondyellow when it was deserved. Heartbroken for Nasri, looked like a crucciate injury.
