Starting to feel a little sorry for Jesus in our team at the minute
We dont exactly play to his strengths, the flip side is that he needs to be more imaginative with his movement in order to get in the game and have an impact because of how we utilise him

I think the entire squad is mentally and physically shot. The last two seasons have drained them.
There is that and the injuries. Having said that Liverpool rotate less than us and never look as shot or tired. They fare better on the injury front though. After putting so much effort into the title race last season and coming up short I would have expected they would suffer more mentally, but the opposite seems to be true. We look half arsed this season.

If 'burn out; is the excuse why aren't Foden and Garcia being played more.? More like we've not refreshed the squad with top quality replacements . We've gone for Good not Outstanding,
Mahrez is a complete waste of space, he offers absolute f*ck all down the right.
He's been completely ignored during the whole time. Everything goes through the left flank. Can't do much when he never gets the ball.

More than a little. You know the next 3 passes at every given moment. It’s the same patterns of play over and over and never does it look like breaking them down. Yet we’ll continue with it and hope that Mahrez or KDB just happen to hit the top corner from 25 yards.We have become a team reliant on moments of individual brilliance, rather than a unit which completely dominated and overwhelmed teams with its intensity, precision and desire.
I never thought I would say it about a Pep team, but we have become a little boring to watch.

Even allowing for the injuries, which have been cruel, we're miles away from the form we showed in the Centurions season, and in the last four months of last season.
