No, we're still passing back.

We seem to be a bit more direct but still recycling and kicking out wide even when we have momentum going forward. The long pass to Doku being an example. He should have gone towards goal, not passed inside.

I am curious why does haaland or anyone go to the near post when doku starts running at players.. they always pull away to the far post and it never reaches them

This game is proving how deep our squad is, two quality separate starting 11s bar Haaland x 2 and that’s with Rodri, Gvardi and Phil all missing who in top gear are elite. Despite the moaning on here this is our deepest squad ever imo.
