Usually Bernie runs a lot in the first half of a season and is burnt out for the rest of the season. Now this season he was asleep for the first half and running like a madman for the second half..hopefully this plays a role in our UCL chances

Leipzig have had to work their socks off that half just to stay in this. As the game goes on they will tire more and the space will come.

It's difficult to criticise such a dominant display, but by fuck it's boring! It's like we prize possession more than the chance to score. If I was a neutral looking for a team to support, there is nothing in our current style of play currently that would have me saying "where can I get a blue and white scarf from!"

Its a good thing. To often we lose control and concede from the first chance. RB are not pressing us so just keep control. Another 1 nil half will do us….

Have a look at his scoring history and he’s a very streaky player.

He’ll score hatticks and braces galore for a month or six week, then goes six weeks barely scoring.
