Why is Erling making back post run there?

Every. Single. Run. he makes is to the back post. It’s actually scary how little variety he seems to have when we have the ball in wide areas

This stopping and lingering on the ball plays into their hands and wastes Haaland runs.

Too many players off the pace tonight, so far. Foden, Erling, Rodri, Kovacic not plaing well. We need a sub to freshen things up.

That last move we could have put a cross in and instead passed it around, going nowhere until we lost it.

That got worse as it went on.

Haaland and Foden very quiet. Rodri very sloppy. Bernardo and Kovacic not good enough.

Needs to be tighter. Think this is a game where we are missing Gundogan who used to stick it all together.
