First 3 minutes aside that was an absolute shambles. Awful from us. No intent no idea.

2 deflected goals, lots of diving and Ortega has barely had a shot to save away against real Madrid you plum.

Haaland is phenomenal on a counter attack. Use that.

I get that we want to dictate tempo and I understand why, but we're missing an opportunity so often. They do it in the league too.

Foden needs to play close to Grealish, some he can do the give and goes with in tight spaces

Started well but a little disappointing after the equaliser. The midfield is extremely slow and constantly getting caught in possession. Far too much standing with the ball and turning back followed by losing the ball from either a tackle or poor pass.
They moved the ball forward very quickly. Pity about the deflections , think the second one was going in anyway.
