people think that wasn't a handball?...had it been at the other end we'd have been screaming for a penalty. Nothing to do with an agenda, more to do with our own slackness since the 1st goal.

That's bloody harsh. You can see Ota was trying to pull his arm in. His arm wasn't even that far out in the first place.

Both Fernandinho and Otamendi out of the 2nd leg? Or just Nico?? Not sure who got booked in the arguments (if anyone)

Correct decision imo but now Uefa and VAR have to take similar decision for any similar handball situation. Unless hand is very close to body its a pen. Otamendi was not delibarate handball of course.

If same happens by a defender on the goal line stopping a goal like this we all would want a pen.

Just be consistent now and if we shot a players hand similar situation make sure VAR will give it for us.

Come on City we can win this today we are much better.

His arm is 6-8 inches from his body, it’s not in the air, plus the fact he’s trying to get his hand out of the way. No way that’s a pen and definitely not a yellow card.
Yep never a pen for those reasons.

I’m confused. Absolutely went against the letter of the law.. clear as day Otta is doing everything in his power to remove his arm out of the course of the ball.. even his starting position is totally modest in terms arm to body shape. Weird.
