Too some extent thats right. We rely to heavily on him at times and tonight we need to get more bodies into their box.
You score goals any way they come as the team gels early days and begins to come together. Haalands probably still not remembered where is parking space is FFS, give them time.

Like on Sunday , this could have 1–1 written all over it
Early doors. They’re not creating too much, but when we are under pressure in our box it would be nice to simply send the ball towards one of their corner flags and let Erling fight for it as we move out.

Only trouble I sense from them is the second/third ball down our FB position, where the FB has committed himself further upfield. That’s how Newcastle got in behind us, and Navas has enough in his locker still to put one on a plate for someone.

Gomez hasn’t looked bad to me. It’s a difficult position to play for City, especially when he’s filling in for the best midfield-full back in world football atm!

Akanji LOOKS big, strong and assured SO FAR! Wouldn’t know he’s only been here two minutes…looks more like two seasons!!

A win and NO INJURIES, please!!!

Rag central
Erling Haaland had four of City's nine shots in the first half, including both of their shots on target.

He only attempted five passes........
And ????
