I sent this email to BT Sport just before the match started:

How is it possible that BT has a sympathetic and knowledgeable pundit for every English team, but Manchester City? You even managed to find one, Michael Ballack, for a FC Bayern game.

We City supporters had to put up with Ian Wright last time, and now it's Harry Redknapp and Steve McManaman. Yes, McManaman played for us, but his best days were elsewhere and Redknapp has nothing but disdain for us. Their lack of knowledge concerning the reasons why some of our players have missed recent games is staggering.

Surely it's not beyond the realms of possiblity that you can find someone who spent the vast majority of his playing career at Manchester City as one of your in-studio pundits?

'That’s as good as Manchester City have played in the European Cup, stretching all the way back to 1968.' Scott Murray, Guardian MBM

Superior team performance from us. Everyone doing their bit, well apart from a few vessels on here that is.

Bony playing excellent hold up play. Chipped in with a cool finish as well. Navas absolutely owning his side of the field. Both offensively and defensively. Excellent finish from the kid that can't finish.

Btw - anyone see that assist from Pogba....dirrrrrrty...

Awesome, Fernandinho is arguably POTS so far. The midfield is setup brilliantly, in possession and out of it defensively.
