Every other game it is like this.
If for 20 games a season you have to say "we should have scored" and you don't then we probably shouldn't have scored. We don't have a single good goalscorer on the pitch, just lots of awful finishers (maybe Mahrez an exception but the rest are just awful). Of course we are gonna create chances with those players but it doesn't really matter unless we get like 5 times more than the opposition.

I used to work with a guy who could bend the ball when he played table football. He also had a rocket of a shot with his keeper. Just when you thought you had all the angles covered, he'd find the gap.

I resented the bastards that could do that. In a good way mind.

It's always been pretty dour, but I really feel like since the end of 2017/18, this whole forum has gotten increasingly bitter and toxic towards individual players.

We currently have Mendy, Bravo, Otamendi, Gundogan, Zinchenko, Jesus and Stones all on the "they're shit always will be, disgraceful, fuck them off immediately" list. And any time Sterling goes 30 minutes without a goal he joins them.

I dont know if it's a reaction to the standards of that season, the pressure of having Pep for a limited time and him being above criticism or Liverpool competing with us...but youd think a lot of posters were happier 15 years ago.
