I half expected this Southampton to turn up against us and so far they have disappointed either. Credit to us for digging in despite be slightly off last week's levels.

A little more than slightly but yes a bit of class finally does it for us.

Thanks to a great goal crafted by kdb and haaland we've been bailed out this half so far but the buildup and everything is so bad at the moment. Southampton are stifling our central options and so far we've had no answer to counter them. Hopefully, pep addresses this before the second half.

I thought we were pretty poor for about 40 minutes but to be fair to Southampton, they've done a pretty good job of closing us down quickly and not giving us
time to pick a pass

we definitely picked it up in the last five minutes or so and got the goal

Southampton will have to come out and play if they want to try and get a result now, so that should give us some opportunities
