Our finishing is equally pathetic this season. Put even half the good chances away and defence isnt an issue

That's the biggest problem we have in my opinion

The sooner you get to 2 or 3 nil the quicker the game is over

Leave it at 1 nil and the other side will get a chance that they'll probably take

I’m not even that mad. We’ve played a million percent better than I expected. After the dross of late I’ll take a decent performance and leave the result to the football gods. I just want to see us actually looking somewhat like a City team. If we do that and lose, so be it. I know everyone says only results matter but tbh I prefer performances, always have.

Why is our defence so bad this season.

Because we play slower, end up with 10 players in the last 40 yards of the pitch...and so if we give it away we are immediately turned around. It's not complicated. It is frustrating.
