This is actually a situation where, if I were Pep, I wouldn't make subs. I'd trust my players. They played well enough in the first, and apart from complete brain farts, they haven't played badly overall. And I'm not confident about people on the bench being fully fit. We need those for Brighton.
I don't think we'll get two now, but I could be wrong. Had that penalty gone in, it would have completely changed the momentum of the match, and left plenty of time to get the equaliser. We'll see. We have to keep believing.

If were to lose 3 in a row I’d have taken going out of the league cup, losing one PL game and a CL away game losing 2 league games ain’t going to define our season

When was last time we lost 3 in a row in all comps.

Could be 4 after the weekend.

I could cut some slack with the injuries etc etc but the way we are playing this season is terrible.

We have played well for about 3 halves this season.

We are a shadow of the team we have all known to become all time greats.

Depressing to see.

Once a run of losses kicks in its hard to get out of. And I don't think we've got the minerals this season to overcome it.
