I might be a bit thick, but listen to this scenario. If a ref warns a player twice for fouling encouaging loads of people put bets on at 2/1 that Kaganga is going to get a yellow, another foul and ref calls over captain and has a talk to his captain, still no yellow card surprisingly. Halftime and said player is taken off, bookies make a good profit ref gets a bung. It does seem easy money to me and easy to carry out. Not saying this would ever happen though.
