We’ve left several players out for fitness reasons who would otherwise have improved us. Other teams, such as United, just went with their strongest team regardless. We should just do the same in my opinion as it’s too costly playing with players like Mendy, Ake etc.

It's mad, they should have played. They have almost a full week to recover.
