How the fuck can Jarrod Gilet give handball on-field? He must have guessed or given it because of Spurs appealing for it.

He also seemed to give it without anyone from the commentary team, crowd, and TV crew noticing, because usually when they disallow a goal, they're pretty fucking obvious about it.
