I thought the general consensus when you're a football manager. Is play well, and you stay in the team. However there is a worrying trend under Pellegrini, of play well and your dropped next game, for a far inferior player. We have some outstanding youth, who are not getting a sniff, and must rightly be pissed of watching the shit in front of them. Sorry I'm done with this guy, it's never going to change. If I'm classed as a spoilt flapper, so be it. I like to think of it as a realist.

Technically you are right but this is NOT a title winning side we will lose another 6 games before the end of the season - we fail to show up too often, MPs team selections are poor, we are tactically naive and our medical staff seem to have gone awol. This squad is underperforming and won't fulfill its potential until we get a world class coach - that has to be the priority.
