Maybe we've looked at edin all wrong.
He needs to play behind someone, instead of leading the line himself.
Looks a much more effective player with negredo being the handful he is.

You might be onto something there.

they are taking turns in coming deep into midfield than making runs when the ball goes wide...

Looks to me like negredo is spinning in behind and working the channels, leaving space central for edin.
