Hahahaha you couldn’t make it up.
Dermot gallagher “sterling realizes here that he can’t get the ball”
Shearer “ he GOT the ball!”

Was talking about this. Not many score on a counter from a missed penalty. However...... this is City

Is this rule not changing next reason?

No rebounds just a one off kick, either a goal or an automatic goal kick.

If Sterling is so bad people need to start questioning why pep keeps playing him.
It’s bizarre.

Bernardo and Jesus had a few poor games earlier in the season and they were straight out of the team.

Sterling’s been dropped once - for Watford after a poor show at Norwich. He came back the next week and had another shocker at Everton and he’s barely been out of the team since.

Bernardo and Jesus had a great December and January and yet neither of them can get in the team with any regularity.

So why hadn’t VAR said about Loris being off his line???? Oh that’s right. We aren’t supposed to win today. It’s not in the script. They’ll want the dippers with a 30 point lead by the end of the season. Remember where you heard it first.

Frustrating that we’re not ahead as we’ve been the better team by far. Our inability to score penalties is absurd though. I would genuinely let Ederson take them now.

We have missed that many now it negates the ‘showing a la know respect’ argument.

I would love to see Eddie smash one home.
