A clear example of no leadership on,or of the pitch. We haven't sought to control possession and therefore the game. Zero foundation to our structure nothing resembling a team. It's the manager's and coaches job to have a plan for each game. Yes you have to retain a familiar ethos for team selection, but nullifying the opposition is part of that. We could and should have been controlling the game from taking the lead. Players look disinterested which is the scariest thing.
