One of the biggest differences you see between the younger players and our first team squad is the sheer effort they put in. They sprint back to get into a defensive position, they harass the opposition when they're on the ball and they work extremely hard.

I know you can argue that the first team reserve that for when the real competitions start, but I don't think there would be any harm having some of our younger players involved in the first team setup. That work rate is so important and if you have a couple of young lads working tirelessly, it allows your creative players more freedom.

Denayer, Garcia, Lopes, Roberts and Iheanacho could all make their Premier League debuts this season.

Very talented group.

Maybe Lopes has made his Premier League debut already, I'm not sure, but I fancy him to make a good few appearances this season.

This is the most exciting group of youngsters we have had since the 5-1 batch. All of them plus Pozo look capable of breaking into our first team in the next couple of years if not sooner.

whilst you would expect him to be professional about it cant blame him for being unhappy about playing in a team where you know your not wanted.
