Mangala is a perfectly competent defender, which he shows on occasion, and currently has the problem that he knows he's playing badly so keeps second guessing what he is doing which further makes him play badly.

He needs a manager who can reach him and he'll be fine. You don't just forget how to play football. It's all in his head.

Name a single game he's ever coached which doesn't have 3 midfield rotational spots, a defender breaking the man marking system, two players playing wide the entire game and a 2 man central attacking system using possession based football.
