Pathetic. This team should be considering wage refunds. Spineless lazy arseholes.

pellegrini is like a old boxer, still thinks he can do it, throw the odd punch, but still getting his faced smashed in.

Sterlings not seeing enough of the ball. It goes to kdb everytimea nd hes gone right off the boil. Every single decision we made near or in their penalty area has been wrong, we're passing where it shoulda been a shot. Were shooting where it should have been left to go to someone else, were shooting when we should have laid it off, and once again were getting our shape pulled apart when out of possession. They beat one man and the cover defender comes across leaving a stupid gap. Its amatuer.
Fully agree with everything. At Lpool they used to give Sterling the ball and get him to run at the defence but we're asking him to play like Silva which doesn't suit him one bit.

It's ok because he will give everyone a hug and say hello to the coach driver on the way back from Watford so don't worry. Meanwhile we will slip down he table whilst the entirely average teams below us catch up!

Henry nailing it...."side to side to side"

Players are almost showing cowardice at times with a lack of ownership of the ball and game being shown.

Even Merlin is at on the halfway line, casually knocking it sideways every time.
He got it bang on,over playing it at times,we seem more interested in possession than at times just be direct and have a pop at goal...

This was never going to be an easy game especially with our away form of late and it played out that way in the first half. Watford started very well playing with energy and pace, moved it about and created one or two chances and thankfully Hart made a great save to keep it scoreless. It has been a murky midfield contest with possession going between the teams like ping pong and a lot of unimpressive passing from both sides. When the game settled, we appeared the better side as our technical superiority became obvious but that really did not materialize as chance or goals.

At the moment, based on what has happened in the first half, it is up in the air. The key is that the defense, Mangala in particular, have to hold up and keep solid. They all look lethargic and tired but the players have to dig deep and hang in there. I am certain that the upcoming fixtures will offer the much needed opportunities to rest Kolarov and Sagna (in particular) who look knackered.

Coordination is key in the final third. Aguero is an absolute hero when fit but even so his tendency to look down and lack of awareness of the other City players is an issue and it has been detrimental to our ability to score goals since he came back. He is working his way into fitness but a goal from him will be the spark he needs to get going.

The players have to find a way to win.
