She deserves the criticism, it was a total fuck up.

People have been moaning all season about the linos not putting their flags up, saying that was the reason van Dijk got injured... Massey puts her flag up, which has, since 1887 all the way to now, never meant that play stops... and the West Brom players stop.

That’s all and only the West Brom players’ fault.

At an Under 8s first ever training session in football, they are taught “you always play to the whistle”.
