Both sides have played well in my opinion. Doku been excellent apart from that wank first touch which created their goal.

Less said about Haaland so far this season the better. He’s wasted four absolute sitters in the past game and half alone.

Frustrating half. Absolutely battered them. Haaland missed two sitters, they somehow survived a mad goalmouth scramble. Then they just go up the other end and score on the break. Creating loads of openings though so we'll be fine second half when they tire out. Should be winning this by two goals.

Not moving the ball quick enough. We let them settle into position and then stroll it around just waiting for a mistake rather than moving the ball quickly and trying to create the opening or force a mistake. Not good enough.

Doku been very good, our best and arguably only threat. Should have 2 assists that half, two tap ins inexplicably missed from haaland.

I'd like to see him switched to the right with foden left second half it's clear as day the only space were going to get today is down the flanks so have our wide players on their strongest foot going on the outside rather than forcing them onto their weaker foot.

If we score early second half we can rescue this, if we don't I suspect they'll win by a few after hitting us on the break.

Very impressed by West Ham so far. They will be challenging for top 4 for sure if they can maintain this all season. It is a very unique way of playing. It is basically a refined version of 90s football.

Doku is lethal. Very exciting, skilful, ambidextrous and fast.

Haaland needs to do what he does rather than missing two sitters.

The game is quite mesmerising so far.
