The thing is Grealish isn't an average player, he just doesn't express himself freely. If he played in a team with low expectations e.g Chelsea, he'd be their best player

I don't agree he was a grafter at Villa as well he's just not that tricky.. really evident in 1 v 1's for years.. just doesn't have the imagination or quick feet to beat a man at this level..seriously when has he?.Doku's allowed to try because he is miles better at it.
