Lads need to look at themselves and do better. Only thing I didn’t really like was Nunes jogging back twice on a break for them.

Mistakes happen but not putting a shift in is inexcusable.

Nunes and Doku are similar in that when an attack breaks down they lapse into “meh” mode and switch off for a few seconds rather than getting back in shape immediately.

Pep will have clocked it and bollocked them at half time.

Stats are utter BS, 12 shots on goal FFS, the keeper could have stayed in the dressing room and we still would not have scored

Don't get the formation at all. Kovacic isn't a solo 6, never has been and needs a double pivot to be effective. I can think of 4 massive reasons to have Nunes alongside kovacic. 1, to provide the protection against Neto who is by far their biggest threat. 2. To help kovacic defensively as we look wide open on transition. 3. To help kovacic in possession as we can't get through the lines. 4. To stop him occupying Doku's space where he wants to run at the defender.

Doku been our biggest and probably only threat, end product has been poor today but keep going and something might happen from him. Alvarez had a few nice touches but isn't involved enough and Foden hasn't been in the game at all. Nothing on the bench to change it, grealish is only going to make it worse so upto pep to rejig it and find an approach that works. Dropping points here would be a a serious blow.
