Roughly the same age as "left field" signing fernandinho with arguably more success and experience at time of joining. Now I am absolutely not saying he is the next fernandinho by any stretch but sometimes we get it extremely right with experienced midfielders that we aren't expected to be signing....

Not much to explain, I just didn't see it coming, it's why I prefaced it with I don't think it's bad. It's not deep or anything, I'm sure he'll be fine, not trying to start an argument or anything.
