He’s young and like all young players makes mistakes; the goal in the defeat at Spurs was an example of that. He still needs to develop physically so mistakes will inevitably happen when he plays in midfield where the pressure is greater.

Very much in the Gundo mould, loves to break the lines. Think he'll surprise/impress many.

He looks really good. Reminds me of KDB and Bernardo. Moves the ball quickly, he can thread a pass through a tight gap, doesn't fanny around and has 2 good feet. I look forwards to seeing him in the sky blue. We have signed him at a similar age to what Fernandhino was and if he can be half as good as him we have got a bargain. Welcome Mateo.
