Doyle needs to go somewhere and start his career. 5m is pure profit and helps loosen the wheels for the Nunes deal. Good all round imo.

We've done a deal that we believe suits all parties. That's all that really matters. Doyle was never going to be a part of this squad so to be able to use him as a make weight in order to get a player who does seems like good business, especially if there's a decent sell on.

He definitely has talent. Wicked set piece delivery from what I saw on his loan and hes a willing runner. With the right coaching and a few years under his belt he can be very much Ward-Prowse territory in terms of ability. He could even earn a cap or two if he has a few standout runs in the team.
