It was 12m + savic so it will depend what savic was put through as being worth
 
Could be going to Everton - I hope we can get Barkley in the deal - If Milner is stalling/planning on running down his contract, we could offer Milner and Nasty as bait ..... Some of the noises Milner is making sound like code for will run down by contract .... Milner is very handy though when we need to close a game out or sure up either flank, Barkley is different/very explosive and be a game changer ....

Good first season,regressed a bit 2nd season but many did.
As rammy says..book value of 8 mill now so anything over is all profit.

Something tells me in all the sales and likeley sales, Guidetti,Sinclair,Richards and Nasty they club are getting ready to fucking spend big next summer.

Barkley is injured for up to 5 months. I think for the fee neverton will demand for him he would need to prove he can be consistently good and consistently injury free before he is worth the risk
 
By that logic how much is Sagna worth? A players value isn't fee paid divided by contract expired! We should stick in a bid of 10.8mil euros for Benatia, Roma paid 13.5! Nastasic is worth a lot more then 8 mil. He is 21 so has age on his side he could be a mainstay of a defence for 15 years, he has CL experience as well as experience of winning trophies, plus he has played top flight in 2 countries as well as being a full international. He is worth at least 20mil but I will be surprised if we get that. Find me a defender with similar experience of similar quality going for 8-12mil! We just paid 32 Mil for Mangala who has only managed 51 league games in a decent league Nastasic has 60 despite being 2 years younger.

I am a little surprised we are looking like we will sell Nastasic, the club must knowing something about him that us fans don't in my opinion.

We have Lampard as a stop-gap. Barkley is probably the outstanding English talent and we need to take a calculated punt as we are desperate for HG players. Personally I think Barkley is going to be a world star, he has everything ... Add to the mix that Milner doesn't sound like he's keen to sign a new contract and we need to cash in on him if that's the case and either as a straight sale or part of deal like a potential Barkley transfer ....
