Basically , till now only united have tabled an offer , but he doesnt want to go there

It seems like semantics to me. United may be the only team to submit a formal transfer offer in writing or something along those lines, but I'm sure other clubs have made very clear where they would be if a formal offer was made.I, too, find it hard to believe that neither us nor PSG have made an offer.

Rest offers like Juve , PSG etc are verbal.
