McDonald's Cheeseburgers/Hamburgers

To be fair many moons ago to help pay my rent when living in jersey I took a 4 evening part time managers job in a McDonalds for 2 months and the standards and procedures for making sure the food was not just thrown out was meticlous, all the equpment was top notch quality and kept near new condition. As a practice no food should be 10 mins old one in the hot holding shoot and binned after that or the staff had it on their break. The food is bog standard fare though and not a patch on home made patties with you own fair hands

Only good thing was the drinks were on tap so you could have as many as you like and you got a discount card which I was still using to blag free burgers 6 years after I left

Only ever eat them when we stop at services on away days and i need something to line the stomach, a couple of chicken mayo or cheeseburgers do that nicely at minimal cost. What pisses me off is burger king. You see all these cheap burger deals advertised on the tv, go into a burger king far enough north and they'l tell you a double cheeseburger is about £4.50, but you can get a single cheeseburger for 99p. Even worse than that though is 50 miles further south at the next services with a burger king, ask for the exact same thing and they'll tell you a 99p burger doesn't exist despite the fact i bought and ate it about an hour ago.

You poncy motherfuckers, with your caramelised onions jus and posh cheese ;-)

I like making me own too but hell, if you've only got a few minutes and you're stomach is empty, McDonald's makes your day.

(prefer subway)

This is the problem though Tony... the convenience this multinational has created themselves results in an increase in sales.
What's the rush?

I mean if you don't care about your own health or anything else then fair enough, keep eating this but preparation/knowledge goes a long way and I find myself eating quite often throughout the day without the need for Maccies.
Yes I have eat it, I was probably addicted to this shit as a kid, always crying for a happy meal...

Doesn't take long to throw a salmon fillet on the grill, a bit of salad and some rice.
Quicker than driving to Maccies and cheaper as well.

There's a reason McDonald's spend billions (yes) on advertising every year - if it was so fucking good would they need to brainwash you into buying it???

Eat whatever you want, me... I wouldn't even feed it to my dog (he's pescetarian) lol...
