Went into McDonalds for the first time in ages yesterday. What a genuinely horrible experience. Long queue, every seat taken - mostly by people wearing a classic tracksuit and baseball cap combo, the decor was hideous to the point where it instantly made me feel agitated. I didn't try any food but I did sit there (once someone had vacated a dirty little table) with the people I was with wondering how anyone could enjoy sitting in there for even a minute.

Last time I went in one was about 25 years ago in Brixton. Queue never seemed to move due to locals shoving in to the front and intimidating the assistants to serve them first.

I stopped taking my sons there when they were still young, much wailing but I didn’t buckle. It’s just not good for them eating that shite. To this day they never eat them and are three strapping lads who can all cook, which helps to put you off eating utter shit. Coming in late and starting a curry from fucking scratch with their mates is a pain though, but, that’s my fault for teaching them how to cook so I can say fuck all.

Although I do about the bastard mess they leave. Cunts :)
