MCFC Criminal Record 11

Terry Phelan for left back

Did he not glass someone or something similar once over

Joe Corrigan in goals drink driving in the seventies if I remember correctly

John Burridge got caught up in some fraud scandal involving t shirts (I think) so he's the keeper.
Stefan Karl was banned from football and given a 9 month suspended sentence for match fixing.
Gary Buckley was sent down (can't recall what for)

Former youth team keeper John Blott

Try Trevor Sinclair at right back. I know he was midfield, but I am sure played right back occassionally.

Anyway, convicted of criminal damage in 1998.

-- Thu Nov 08, 2012 6:59 pm --

So we just need a left back. Come on lads, quality thread this :-)

Thaksin Shinawatra would be the eternal chairman of this criminal line up.

On 14 January 2003, Thaksin launched a campaign to rid "every square inch of the country" of drugs in three months. It consisted of changing the punishment policy for drug addicts, setting provincial arrest and seizure targets including "blacklists", awarding government officials for achieving targets and threatening punishment for those who failed to make the quota, targeting dealers, and "ruthless" implementation. In the first three months, Human Rights Watch reports that 2,275 people were killed, almost double the number normally killed in drug-related violence.
