So, i won a competition on the @MCFC Twitter on Jan 15th, the prize was a game of MCFC Monopoly. I never received this. Here is my correspondence to the club today via email to Danny Wilson, Vicky Kloss & General Enquiries. I thought to post it up on the MCFC Facebook too to try spread awareness of this travesty but alas, the club has changed the privacy settings so fans can only see official club posts.
I shall keep you all informed of any further correspondence from the club in the wake of this unfortunate treatment of a dedicated supporter.

FAO: The powers that be.
I (Ashley) quite some time ago on the 15th of January 2013 entered a competition with yourselves.
I had to name the three most popular three shirt printings of the current season.
I won.
To see my name up in lights on your twitter page, confirming I had won(see attached), was pure joy. Not quite Aguero against QPR final game of the season joy, but it was close.
I messaged the relevant person to claim my prize then gathered the family around to tell them of my online exploits in beating the other 760,000+ followers.
I was given a standing ovation and reminded it was my Fathers birthday soon, so we could all sit around as a family and play the MCFC Monopoly game I had won.
Alas, my Fathers birthday rolled around and I had never received my prize. We still played monopoly, but collecting the rent from my Grandma as she landed on my Oxford Road, didn't quite have the same ring or fun as building a hotel at Fortress Etihad.
After pulling myself out of the hole of disappointment i found myself in after the above event. I've found myself writing this email, asking you not for answers, but a resolution.
I understand as a club you have bigger things to worry about, but I wanted to know if my prize is still available?
I noticed on the official MCFC store, the monopoly is sold out. Nightmare. However I will be more than happy to settle for a signed picture of Sergio Aguero? Something that you must have unlimited access to.
It must be so easy for him to sign a photo, 'Ashley, the love of my life. Sergio'.
Imagine that something that takes seconds for him to do, would last a lifetime to me.
Or if its easier for Sergio to hand deliver my monopoly prize to my house and we can have a cup of tea and talk about that goal and play fifa? Either option I really am totally fine with.
Hoping to hear from you soon.
Regards,
Ashley.
