MCFC Ticket Prices

You need to make your mind up
You started the thread saying the prices should be lower as you would prefer to stay in the pub and spend on food and drinks rather than pay £30 to watch City
Today you tell us you want it to be cheap when you return to Blighty and want to go to a game

So you're either on the WUM or shit-stirring

Meanwhile seasoncards are great value, but clearly not to someone living abroad who comes over for the odd game, which is why you've consistently ignored those who have mentioned the cheaper seasoncards.

Perhaps City should increase seasoncard costs so that those who go to the odd game can have a cheap ticket?
.you cant leave it alone can you .I am not a wind up merchant .but you chose to misinterpt my posts . I want to see a full hose every game as I have kept saying most of the stuff the club do is brilliant .but we cant ignore that many blues watch it in the pubs ,while many seats are empty .I stand by what I have said unless I decide to go in a lounge when I go to the UK like many other fans I wont pay £40 odd plus a £30 booking fee to watch some teams .& I wil watch in the pub ,cant believe you would suggest that City increase the price of a season ticket .we should be proud that they are so low ..we should be proud of so much the club does .we are a template for other clubs to follow but it does not mean we cant improve what we do .like last night hundreds missed the first half as ticket office coudnt cope ..that is not good for buisness

you do know that the £30 is for the season and you get £5 off the ticket price up to 6 games, so a game like west ham is £35 and £5 off means its £30 for a prem league game, NOT BAD AT ALL, but say you want to see Liverpool it might be 54 notes and 5 off its 49 to see the game, again not bad

You are spot on stevi it is really good but the fact is most matches we have empty seats but we have loads of blues in town watching in pubs .regards the £30 I no it a source of income but do we really need to do it

A lot of those blues cant be bothered going sadly. They may wish to blame the club but they have all had the opportunity to get a dirt cheap season ticket. West Ham again has been competitively priced as was Juventus and tickets still remain.

It is not just a matter of whether the club needs it (but yes it does). 40 thousand supporters have committed to watching the side on a regular basis. Quite rightly they would be aggrieved if those who choose to watch matches in the pub, regularly benefit by cheap tickets on the odd occasion they fancy a game.

This.
If these fans would rather spend the ticket money on 6 pints in a pub then dont blame the club for it.

Ok my priorities are I no longer live in England when I did I had a season ticket for 38years my lads still have season tickets .the last few visits I have stayed in various lounges in the ground , 2 stays in the lounge could of paid for a season ticket .my argument is valid to nights game was not sold out ,west ham will not be sold out ,ask your self why not ? don't blame me for asking the question

we have to look long term ,amongst my family .my self . my wife ,one of my sons .my nephew & my niece . hardly if ever go any more ,while years ago we had season tickets & followed the club up & down the divisions & friendleys to Scotland ,Ireland ,Hamburg ect .now we /I would rather spend my £40- £50 having a few pints & somet to eat in the pub .we have to ask ,what sort of fans we want for the future

In respect of your last point I guess you have answered your own question, you prefer to go to the pub but the club would want fans who want to attend. Matter of choice, there are reasonably priced seats available if you want them
