They said selected games, which roughly translates as 'maybe some late round FA Youth cup matches if anyone seems interested' in my opinion! The club seem to have little interest in the academy stuff tbh.

If we televise our academy matches it will make it easier for European clubs to monitor and ultimately tap up our youngsters.

I only really got it for this, I like seeing if you can pick out a future star or not lol the old city web site from 4/5 years ago was good and had loads of youth stuff on, since they got the new developers in the site went shit and the youth football seemed to disappear at the same time, not sure if this is a coincidence?

Haha. It doesn't really work like that. There are scouting services that clubs pay for that give access to all games at the vast majority of academy levels.

Yeah sure - not doubting that is a thing. However, given that plenty of other clubs do it, im sure that's not the main stumbling block. The simple reason is most likely that CityTV actually have a pretty small team, and unless there's a huge hunger for it, they probably won't stretch their resources to cover it.
When there was loads of hype around the 18s team that had Foden, Sancho and Brahim in it, with loads clamouring to watch them, they showed the games more regularly. The teams since havent been quite as hyped so i think they don't bother really.
