Meal for a Vegetarian

Why not buy the ingredients and get the pans out ( if you know where they are kept).

When she gets home say I know you have had a bad time lately I think cooking a meal will take your mind off it.

hmmm, that would probably have been enough to be honest. Anyway, the veggie madras curry went down very well, I even impressed myself - although i'm aware it wasn't a particularly difficult dish to prepare. I've set a precedent now though!

Great I'm sure she really appreciated it.

Only you can take me there
Say it, say it, let's catch a train to anywhere
Only it's your usual riposte,
Only, only and the moment's lost,
My heart is such a sight obscene,
And only the rain could sanctify,
When your eyes are green my love,
The wind your tears will dry.

Only my heart still loves you,
My heart, my heart,
My heart begs to be broke in two,
Only when that comes to pass,
Only then will I be free at last.
My heart is such a sight obscene,
And only the rain could sanctify,
When your eyes are green my love,
The wind, your tears, will dry.

Only a prawn in Whitby
Only a prawn in Whitby
Only a prawn in Whitby
Only a prawn in Whitby

It's only flesh and blood you know,
Stamping, threshing, thrashing, pumping blood you know,
You turned your hatred into an art
Stamping and thrashing all over my heart.
My heart is such a sight obscene,
And only the rain could sanctify,
When your eyes are green my love,
The wind, your tears, will dry.

Sorry mate, she doesn't like Prawns :-)

Cud? Great band!
Your OP was a great idea citymacc. I'm a veggie but not too keen on cooking. After nearly 20 years together my mrs finally told me the other day that it was all the little extras that make a nice meal. No, not a hand-job at the end, she meant things like garlic bread with stuff and fresh basil on top of pasta sauce etc. The thing she appreciates most though when i cook is not having to do it herself.

Cajun roasted vegetables with Spicy Moroccan cous-cous

We do this a lot on our Corporate Catering Menu's its so tasty the non-vege's ask for it all the time now

Just roast onion mushrooms courgette toms peppers and any other veg you have to hand in olive oil add schwartz blackened cajun seasoning cook it until it just starts to fall apart
can be eaten hot or cold and freezes really well

we us Ainslies cous-cous only takes 4 mins

Pasta and Lloyd Grossmans Tomato and Chilli sauce. Add some mushrooms.. yum!
