Media Agenda against Man City, answer Yes or No

No.

Every club thinks the media is against them.

As for VdV, it's funny how we accept that the press have correctly reported him when we know they misquote our players.

Also if there is one thing that is worse than being talked about it is not being talked about.

Keep on winning and ignore them.

This. I scour the worldwide media everyday and read everything, good or bad, they say about our boys. Man City stories are popping up everywhere. And I'm loving it!

Change the record

Sorry. It's just that I cringe when rags come out with 'the media hate us' and now it's happening on here.

My apologies, carry on looking for vindication, people.

There's only one Gary Neville!

Thank goodness for that.

I don't think there is an 'agenda' as such, more a concerted ideology that they can get away with being a tad disrespectful.
For example I hate the way that they say 'arab money men' or 'eastern billionaires.'
I think it will get better though, particularly when we win something else.
The Media are getting better but it will take time.

There's not

There might be individual journalists that don't particularly like us, but then there's journalists that might not like Chelsea, Arsenal etc but we don't bother reading those articles most of the time.

You can see on here, a negative article in the paper gets reprinted on here and cue pages and pages of hysterics and tantrums. A positive one (and there's been more than a few) gets a couple of pages of grudging acknowledgement.

As most of the media, especially the newspapers, are all London based it stands to reason they're all going to be cockney reds or chelsea fans so its a YES from me.
