Media bias against City

Sky's balanced pundits ex Everton manager and Everton player. Even after the match, neither Moyes nor the bitter Mills, on 5 Live could admit it was a stonewall penalty.
Both said they didn't have the benefit of replays!
The ref was perfectly placed how he didn't give it is a mystery.

Probably because he is a useless or biased twink

Lets see which pundits Sky get for the 2nd leg at home. Anything think it will be an ex City manager or player that actually likes us?

Am I mistaken in saying Beagrie played for City as well?

A agree we do have little media presence in terms of pundits

It was the Madley factor again. He gave us fuck all. I counted at least 8 occasions when a City player was fouled and he waved play on, and as soon as an Everton player went down, gave a free kick immediately. One was foul on (?) Clichy that lead to a corner. The second corner was their first goal. Then Sagna was kicked in the thigh by Osman, again no foul. And what about the penalty appeal? It took 10 minutes to see the replay, and even the commentators said it should have been given (obviously not reading the script). This bastard has reffed us on 4/5 occasions this season, and it has followed the same pattern in every match.

Yes but he was more an Everton player and praised them every time he talked.

Moyes was even trying to claim it wasn't a penalty.

I think Everton deserved the praise - Barkley was excellent.
It's fairly common to find someone who's played for both teams, and they'll have Moyes on speeddial! Moyes detests City from the Lescott business onwards.

I'd like to know what the linesman was watching - surely it should have been his call for the penalty and he should have been in line. Awful decision.

And as someone else has said, Madley was Madley, i.e. useless. The only surprise was that Besic didn't maim Aguero this time.
