They had their own quarter final tonight, and no doubt failed to respect Brighton by scoring 7 (with a similarly rotated side).Maybe we should of been forced to play the women's team to even things up.

I agree he's a cnut..and he thinks he's a comedian, but he is certainly not an idiot. Imo...behind the disarming smile lies a very very very savvy businessman..Lineker thinks he's a fucking comedian, but he's just one more idiot wandering the BBC wasteland. He hides trite, nasty comments behind smug grins and wide eyes. He's spun it so people think he's harmless little Gary big ears, and behind that disguise he behaves like a cûnt.
32,089.What was the attendance btw ? Can under why people didn’t go, just glad I did.
Thanks, was hoping to near 40k but I’d say that feels about right32,089.
In what way was it poor?I think it’s hard to justify last nights attendance, it was quite poor. The fact it’s highlighted a lot more than any where else is the real issue.
I thought before the game that the bottom 2 tiers had sold out but that was not the case. 32k would be disappointing in isolation but given that it was on the back of 2 home games in 7 days one of which was an FA Cup tie where everyone paid again, it's understandable. Thanks, was hoping to near 40k but I’d say that feels about right

That’s a good reason! :-)People didn't go :)
There’s a lot of games coming thick and fast just after Xmas, Huddersfield away, Schalke away and Wembley coming up, I’m feeling the pinch and sure others are, I’m a man of means by no mean, king of the road, might have to hitch hike to Schalke :-)I thought before the game that the bottom 2 tiers had sold out but that was not the case. 32k would be disappointing in isolation but given that it was on the back of 2 home games in 7 days one of which was an FA Cup tie where everyone paid again, it's understandable.
Wait until we play the second game. I’m expecting Stones and Walker to bag a few own goals so final respectable score of 6-9 is attained for public interestSimon Curtis

Anyone buying newspapers, a brief warning when reading football content. Manchester City will be damned if they do and damned if they don't, whatever the context, morality or logic of the subject.
