If we do win the league, i want hell from the media, from scouse fans and rag fans alike, infact from every bitter bastard out there. Because I'll have the biggest fuck off grin in the world on my face, and it will remain on until next August.

They'll begrudgingly (at best) acknowledge us as Champions, and then do their best to ignore us unless it's something negative they can beat us with.

Conversely, if the Dipper's win, it will be the greatest achievement in the "istory" of football EVER, and we will be hearing about it constantly for the next 30 years and beyond.

First big dig will come in Charity Shield when the double winners give up one place to ensure there is an opponent and they sell out their tickets. I’d rather give up both places and play Blackpool away in a pre season friendly whatever happened to Texaco and Anglo-Scottish Cup lol

Which reminded me that it's not just the other fans - Barney "so in love with himself he could lick himself all over" Ronay wrote after the derby that the City fans singing "campeones" were being premature, the idiot. Cue loads of people in the comments pointing out the truth to the self-absorbed twat.

Kin Ell seen it all now. sky just put a new story up “heartbreaking for scousers” referencing they might be runners up on 97 pts. Then it gets worse they have manufactured a great stat that neither side have dropped a point in 50 days. However the 50 days takes you back to their last draw on March 3rd. So basically they have fucked it up seeing as our contribution actually goes back to Jan 3rd

That's a point, if we do win the treble who do we play in the charity shield? Would it be Watford as FA cup runners up? Or can we play the U23's?
