Just made the mistake of reading Herbert in the Mail and Wilson in the GUardian, both got some praise for us but so qualified with the well worn tropes. THank fuck its the endgame tomorrow. We have to hope that natural justice prevails.

Sometimes I just can't understand the media hype. People are not stupid, they know what they see is great football from us no matter what the media say. In the end our great football will win out because people will want to see more of it and our audiences will increase. It is only a matter of time.

Even if we win tomorrow it will be pushed to the back and it will be wall to wall CL.

I don't care. as we would have won the league back to back for the first time and we would have the certain knowledge that they will be hurting like fuck lol

Here is an excerpt from one poster, on a carlisle utd forum no less...

Looks like the title race is over but to say Man City are one of the best ever teams is a joke. They are boring to watch and you rarely see them take a player on. If they had played Barcelona this season they would have been murdered.

Premier League teams give them too much respect and just sit back and watch them play tippy tappy. The only teams t o have a real go in the last couple of years have beat - Tottenham and Liverpool in the Champions League. Money laundered arab team with 20,000 plastic fans and when was Blue [censored] Moon a football song?!

Still haven't even come close to winning the Champion's League and have no real rivals in England. Until the Arab money launderer came in they were nothing but a yo-yo side between first and 2nd tier. Even the manager says the fans are not ready to be European Champions - probably the worst atmosphere in the Premier League.

Liverpool in the 80's, Man Utd in the 90s and Arsenal and Chelsea in the 00's were much better teams to watch

Who are Manchester city rivals?
Man Utd saw them as Forest fans saw Notts County - a little cousin.

They have been nothing but as yo - yo team and even the real Man City fans admit its not the same as being a real football team,

Man City are boring to watch and would not be capable of producing a perforance with passion as Liverpool did tonight - even the manager knows this - not even plastic flags for plastic fans could generate an atmosphere.

Man City have 30,000 real fans like West Ham - that is there level. Ask real West Ham & City fans when the best atmosphere was? Man City had the best atmosphere against Gillingham in the League 1 play off final to get to the 2nd tier.

2 league titles, 4 FA Cups and 2 league Cups before the Arab money laundering money came in! Way behind Aston Villa, and probably the likes of Preston and Sunderland etc.

Was Tottenham Champions league defeat when the game away small plastic flags to every seat or was that when they couldn't even sell out their FA Cup semi final tickets?

According to fb they have 20million followers but then again Carlisle have over 50,000. True big clubs like Liverpool can sell out 90,000 stadiums in Melbourne for a pre season in friendly!

I would greatly suggest he is red to the core like half of the City or 3/4's if you include both red ****s, it is fucking awful at times.

He was put in his place by several others though and apologies for the long post but it was just to show how much the press can really influence the fucking idiots of this world.
