I have to agree, I hated him as a player but now he's a pundit he's very fair and balanced I think. I also remember him saying after Murray scored that "all of Manchester just groaned" that made me smile.
He is, but only because he is preaching from a position of weakness. If it was utd and city he would show his colours like the rest of them.

Have to agree about Neville -
Shameful to treat a pundit like that... red as they come as player (I used to despise him) but as a pundit he rises above loyalties... I remember cheesy doing an interview when he retired and the fact was he a fan playing for his team - you’d give anything to be in his position to play for your boyhood club and give your all

He never played for Bury.

McManaman, Giggs, Sutton , Savage , reluctantly accepting they are a great 'domestic' team but not the greatest as we haven't won the CL and Carragher

Souness, Steve Nichol, Neville , despite supporting their own teams, i think they make fair points and i can listen to them. Neville certainly not out to make friends at Old Trafford and Souness regularly schools spit boy.

Craig Burley - superb . Talks sense and a great advocate for what we have achieved

Yaya Toure - Great player, enthusiastic commentator, but a nightmare in front of a camera. Buffoonery at it's best

Just came on to comment on the disgusting act of idiocy and absolutely snide vindictiveness against Gary Neville yesterday.

Blues, this isn’t who we are ! That isn’t how we treat people and he’s done absolutely nothing to deserve that abuse. It’s football and we should hold ourselves to a higher standard than that. He’s a good pundit and deserves an apology and a pint in his hand for tolerating that shit.

And to the absolute dickhead who threw it, you are an embarrassment to the club and fans and I’d be very happy if they never let you at a game again.
We call the scousers out and then do that ? I hope the club are finding out who it was because I don’t want to see that kind of thing happening

From Simon Hughes of the Independent. "Congratulations to Liverpool. Without them, this Premier League would have been far less interesting and settled beyond doubt months ago. Without Liverpool’s pursuit, Manchester City’s title march would have been an uncontested procession for a second year in a row. And maybe the focus of the discussion would not have been the discussion those running the club would want it to be about, considering their superiority and the number of investigations hanging over them.
That is 100% dark cooking chocolate right there........

Expect the relentless smear campaign to be ratcheted up again in the coming months.
