Need to chill Blue, things like this just shorten your life.At work. Just overheard one of my regular customers whining to the stall next door about City, the plane singing, Hillsborough and Salah. I had to ask him what he was talking about, and when pushed he didn't know what the players were singing. Lost my rag and gave him a mouthfull for spouting shite that only inflames tensions and he should get his facts right before talking shite. Don't think he'll be spending anymore cash at my place.
Mod;please move to 'allez allez' thread
All true. Remember going to our next home game after Hillsborough, many wearing red and white scarves on the Kippax and the minutes silence impeccably observed. How they can sully the memory of those fans by even suggesting there's a link is here is sad.
There was a small scrap outside a bar in Kiev where a few locals decked a few Scousers and pinched some flags, that’s where the “battered in the streets” line comes from. The lyrics are in bad taste........
"Battered in the streets" ......."Victims of it all"
We should change the words. But the reaction is OTT
