Thought the weekend couldn't have gone worse, but with United being back to their best maybe we just throw in the towel this season?

Enough is enough. Have you seen the backpage of the Mail today.
City fined JUST £120k, one days wages for Haaland they state.

Rags got fined 3 times last season, where was their headlines then, oh yes there was none and laughable they think we pay anyone £120k wages a day.

Seriously City, enough is enough now, ban the mail from the ground and mock them publicly about the £120k a day

Interesting reporting on this from the Guardian, they do report the Liverpool supporter's attack on the Man Utd bus, and it's condemned etc, but the final paragraph of the report states "In October 2022, the Manchester City team bus was damaged on the way to Anfield for a Premier League game. The windscreen was broken when objects were thrown at the bus on Anfield Road with City’s players. The Liverpool team bus was also damaged after the league game against City at the Etihad Stadium this year"

So they don't mention the UCL QF bus attack which was much worse than any, they neglet to state that this is at least the 4th time opposition team buses have been attacked getting into Anfield (Real Madrid was bricked as well), and they start to equivocate by saying "ah well, the Liverpool bus was attacked at the Ethiad". I've never seen any footage or photographs of that bus attack at the Ethiad (maybe someone else has), but it was pretty casually reported at the time; “Following yesterday’s Premier League fixture between Manchester City and Liverpool, GMP received reports of criminal damage to Liverpool FC players’ coach. It is reported the incident took place at approximately 3.40pm on Ashton New Road close to the junction of Rowsley Street.

So, no detailed analysis about four different team buses being attacked getting into Anfield, no media squealing about whether it's actually safe to host opposition teams. Imgaine the noise if that happened at any other ground (Milwall, Leeds?), but why is it always them, why are they never held to account, why do the media immediately try to equivocate for them, by mentioning a supposed attack at the Ethiad? And they wonder why opposition fans sing that song......

Credit to Lothar Matthaus in an interview on SSN a few moments ago. When asked who had done better in 2023 Bellingham or Harry Kane his answer was Erling Haaland. Return to the studio and not a word said.
The English media will be backing Real and Bayern again in the CL this season because of Kane and Bellingham.

The fact that nobody has put a name to the article tells you all you need to know. The murky media are s*** scared of Klanfield after what happened to Colin Mafham, the way Henry Winter fawns over them is utterly nauseating.

More examples of the media telling anyone who will listen, so Dippers/Rags/Arsenal then, how no one cares about City being at the CWC (I'm sure that wasn't the way it was discussed when two of the aforementioned were in it), completely ignoring the fact that it takes a load of graft to actually get there. I didn't particularly care when other teams reached the final, I definitely hoped they'd lose, but at the same time I didn't feel the need to shout it from the rooftops and diminish the effort involved to be there. Cunts.
I watched the breakfast news this morning.

Sally Pan-face was gurning away, obviously trying to get her angles right for what she believes is her doe-eyed look, whilst some prick called John Kay (who apparently grew up in Chester - so make whatever connections you choose to with that info;) starts his 10 seconds of rambling about City's match tonight.
More important matches tonight, don't you know (can't recall the Rumbelow's Cup 1/4 finals being such a high profile story before, but ho-hum)

So, his tiny 10 second stumbling and bumbling segment pretty much consists of trying two different combinations of the words "CLUB", "WORLD" & "CUP" before picking up a piece of paper and making a pained point of reading each word distinctly from his script. "Manchester City play in the WORLD'S - CLUB'S - CUP tonight" he announces. Nobody corrects him. He then just says "Who are they playing?" then before anybody can answer he mumbles "Doesn't matter, they'll win it won't they?" Nobody answers him.

And it's off onto a 5 minute interview with the Chelsea manager.

Classic BTN. Sad twats! Nobody cares about City, do they? :)

I actually put talkshite on this morning to see if the competition was mentioned...they didn't disappoint. Some Muppet in Saudi reporting that no one but City supporters are interested in the competition, but he's out there on an all expenses paid junket to report on games he thinks he hasn't got an audience for.
